Property Crush - Van Gogh Walk & Printworks Development

“I walk here as much as I can. It’s absolutely beautiful even though it’s in the city." - Van Gogh

Hey guys,
So a few weeks back we headed to Clapham Common High Street to soak up some sun and review the area. Clapham is well known for all the trendy bars and restaurants and the famous Clapham Common park.
First up was Van Gogh Walk:

This is a very special place where many people do not have their own garden. Vincent Van Gogh lived here in Hackford Road as a lodger between 1873 – 1874, he was brought here by his work for a firm of art dealers when he was 20 years old.

The next stop was Printers Road, just off Van Gogh Walk:
Our immediate reaction to this was “this is a whole other world of glass properties!” Absolutely stunning

The development is called 'Printworks development' and is one of the most desired apartments to live in the area - especially being only 0.4 miles away from Stockwell underground station.  We’ve noticed that a one bedroom apartment is currently up for rent in this development for £350pw. If you want any further details on this do have a look on www.rightmove.co.uk
